So, you had a bad day. You didn't do as well as you had originally planned. Life happened. Someone threw you a curve ball that you weren't expecting. So much for your plans for the day!
So, how do you handle this? Do you give up? Do you continue to try to do your best?
Some days are hard. Sometimes our best doesn't feel good enough. Some days it might even feel like we are fighting a losing battle. We may feel like we are swimming against the stream. When this happens, we have two options. We can quit, or we can keep swimming. If we quit, we never reach our goal. If we keep swimming, even if it is upstream for a while, we will reach our goal!
When that bad day happens, remember these two things. Never give up! Keep swimming!
